Thinking Pink

Lines & James are at it again! This time raising money for Breast Cancer Care. In the UK one woman every 10 minutes is told the shocking news that she has breast cancer, Breast Cancer Care provides information as well as emotional and practical advice, helping women to cope at this traumatic time.

The Staff at Lines & James are supporting the 2011 Campaign by running two competitions in the office, ‘Guess how many sweets in the jar’ and ‘Pin the bra’. If this wasn’t enough all the girls in the office are also taking part in ‘Pink Fridays’, paying £2 to wear pink every Friday in October. All the money raised throughout the month will go to Breast Cancer Care.

These antics are a just a small part of Lines & James on-going commitment to charity. Every Friday, the staff ‘dress down’ by wearing jeans for a more relaxed working atmosphere in order to raise money for their chosen charity. Additionally each Christmas Lines & James do not send out cards, opting instead to give the money to local charities.
