Which service is right for you

We understand that every landlord and property is unique, so we’ll work with you to design a service that suits your needs. You can choose from our three suggested service levels. Or talk to us about creating something bespoke.
We offer three core service levels depending on how hands-on or hands-off you want to be:
Fully Managed
15% of monthly rent (inc. VAT)
Our most comprehensive service. In addition to everything above, we take care of:
- Twice-yearly property inspections
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes including deposit negotiations
This service is ideal if you want a completely hands-off experience with full peace of mind.
Rent Collection
12% of monthly rent (inc. VAT)
This includes everything from our Tenant Find service, with the added benefit of:
- Monthly rent collection
- Arrears management
- Holding keys for the tenancy duration
A great choice if you’re happy to manage the property but want help handling rent and payments.
Tenant Find
£600 (inc. VAT)
Ideal if you’d like help finding the right tenant, then take over the management yourself.
We’ll handle marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, and tenancy setup. You’ll also get compliance guidance and support with deposit and utility setup. Optional extras like deposit protection and inventory can be added as needed.
