We were tenants in a rental property which was managed by Lines and James for almost 3 years. Throughout the whole rental process from beginning to end, we found Lines and James to be professional, helpful and efficient.

I used Lines and James to manage my rented property for 12 years. They went above and beyond on many occasions for what could be reasonably expected of them.
I then asked them to sell the same property which they did while i was out of the country.

A superb team who are very professional and super efficient, where nothing is too much trouble. Any issues or queries are dealt with immediately, with you being kept informed along the way. The wonderful ladies over at Lines and James have been nothing but brilliant from the start. They have always gone above and beyond to suit my needs and offer the best experience I as a tenant could receive. After some unfortunate news with another agency I was left at square one and that's when I was made aware of a listing that I was interested in. From my first viewing I was impressed with the accomodation and was keen to move into this apartment. This also being the first time I have ever moved into my own place. Upon being offered the place, everything was smooth sailing from there. And upon my first viewing of my new place my socks were blown off. The entire apartment had be professionally renovated and now looks the bees knees.
Now almost 2 months into the tenancy there have been a couple hick-ups but a simple call to lines and James and the wonderful girls are on the case.
They were able to get a plumber to me in 9 minutes and that was the most impressive feat I've experienced this year.
The previous agency I had delt with before lines and James were very unprofessional and had me in a bidding war with others to try and secure properties despite a solid listing price.
Now settling down more and more every day I know that lines and James are a trust worthy company who have been fantastic from start until now and hopefully far into my tenancy. I am greatly appreciative of all they have done to make me feel welcome and knowledgeable in the world of letting.

Highly recommended. Lines & James have looked after my rental property for nearly two decades. Nothing is too much trouble. They always find great tenants. Have a good network of trusted contractors to get issues resolved quickly. As a family run business they take extra special care - a personal touch that you simply don't get elsewhere.
